PROGRAM 15 Announces Liquid I.V. as the Official Hydration Sponsor of the New Balance Future Stars Series

PROGRAM 15, the Official Global Grassroots Player Identification and Development Program for New Balance Baseball, selects Liquid I.V. as the official hydration sponsor for the Future Stars Series.

March 13, 2018 / / —

PROGRAM 15 is proud to announce Liquid I.V. has been selected as the Official Hydration Sponsor of the New Balance Future Stars Series National Events. The California-based nutrition company will contribute its signature Hydration Multiplier product at each National event to help keep players hydrated with a great-tasting, non-GMO electrolyte drink mix. Liquid I.V. utilizes the breakthrough science of Cellular Transport Technology (CTT) to deliver hydration to the bloodstream faster and more efficiently than water alone. One packet can provide the same hydration as drinking 2-3 bottles of water.

Liquid I.V. will also sponsor the Pitcher of the Week award. Winners will be selected by PROGRAM 15’s National Staff of former Major League and professional players, scouts, and coaches based on player statistics and videos submitted by PROGRAM 15 Regional Partner Programs.

Jeremy Booth, PROGRAM 15 Founder, CEO and President of Baseball Operations for The New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series, says, “Liquid I.V. is a non-GMO, health-oriented group that has advanced their technology to bring a better solution for rehydration of the body. It is a win to have them with us to help look after and advance the health of the players that take part in the Future Stars Series.”

Booth added, “Were ecstatic to partner with the LIV team to provide nutrition via rehydration to P15 and FSS athletes. LIV has taken great care to ensure their products will rehydrate and recharge those who drink them, and were excited for our players to have them on hand. We feel that Liquid I.V. is a company that we can grow with. You can find them in just about any store around the country and it’s only a matter of time before every athlete around the country is drinking their products.”

Liquid I.V. Co-Founder Brandin Cohen said, “Players are getting smarter about what goes into their bodies, and we are excited about helping young athletes to stay hydrated and healthy. Smart athletes don’t settle for the average, sugar packed sports drink anymore. Players want to re-fuel their bodies with science backed products that use clean, premium ingredients. We hope to be able to provide a product that assists in that goal.”

HONOLULU — The recent eruption of Hawaii's Kilauea volcano has quieted to the point that federal officials are ready to allow people back to the dramatically changed summit crater, which has quadrupled in size, lost all of its lava and collapsed downward so far that the Empire State Building could now fit inside. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park will reopen its main gates Saturday. Officials are bracing for long lines and crammed roads as visitors flock to see Kilauea's new landscape and the area where a well-known lava lake once bubbled. PayPal said Friday that it cut ties with Infowars after a review found instances of it promoting "hate and discriminatory intolerance against certain communities and religions." Infowars said the move is a ploy aimed at sabotaging...

Sep 22, 2018

CHICAGO — Chicago Cubs shortstop Addison Russell was placed on administrative leave Friday following fresh allegations of domestic violence from his ex-wife. In another post, a user — described by Melisa as a close friend — made the accusation that Russell had "hit" his wife. The post was later deleted. Russell denied the allegation and the two divorced. Late Thursday, a blog post attributed to Reidy contained more detailed allegations, including years of physical...

The statue, based on a photo of Dunnigan standing on the steps of the U.S. Capitol, depicts her in hat and pearls, a folded newspaper in her hands. Members of Dunnigan's family, friends, colleagues and admirers gasped with joy as...
