Billings, United States - June 17, 2019 /PressCable/ —

Billings, Montana- Local medical dispensary, Holistic Releaf By design is favored among Billings residents as the go to location for quality, affordable, MMJ products as well as compassionate and individualized patient care.

The business recently designed a new website, which went live earlier this year, the site now features a series of blogs which include education and helpful information surrounding the MMJ industry.

The most recent blog is all about CBD in Billings, Montana. The blog, entitled, ‘Benefits of CBD’, goes into great detail, explaining what exactly CBD is; a cannabis compound that has gained mainstream acclaim for its medical benefits, but does not have the same psychoactive components of THC that make people feel “high”, and can actually counteract the psychoactivity of THC

There are many great benefits of CBD coming out to the public, and according the the websites blog, CBD has proven to provide very significant relief for a multitude of health issues, both physical, and mental.

Holistic Releaf had this to say about the benefits of CBD for new patients or those just learning about the medical benefits of medical cannabis, “Many of our patients are new cannabis users, and while every one of our patient’s experience is unique, during our patients visits, we often start with a personalized recommendation for a CBD product or strain and go from there as the patient’s care progresses.”

Because the CBD-rich cannabis is either non-psychoactive or less psychoactive than THC-dominant strains it apparently makes it an appealing option for Holistic Releaf’s patients looking for relief from inflammation, pain, seizures, and muscle spasms.

There has also quite a bit of recent research which highlights CBD’s potential as a treatment for a wide range of conditions, including:

arthritis

diabetes

alcoholism

multiple sclerosis

chronic pain

PTSD

antibiotic-resistant infections

epilepsy

CBD’s anti-cancer properties are currently being investigated at several academic research centers in the United States and around the world.
